The deadline for Notices of Intent for the Fall semester is October 13, 2023 and for Spring semester, January 26, 2024. Individuals or teams commencing work after the October deadline can submit Notices of Intent at any time up to the January 26th deadline. Though not required, participants are encouraged to submit their Notice of Intent as early as possible so that the ACRP can assist them as needed with connections to airport operators as well as to partnering organization expertise. The Design Proposal is to be developed and written by students in compliance with the Competition Guidelines under the guidance of a faculty advisor. The Notice of Intent should be submitted by the faculty advisor. One Notice of Intent should be submitted for each individual proposal. Please note if you have a team of students working on a proposal you will only submit one time and list each participant on the submission.
