Participating individuals or teams are required to submit the design package electronically using this form. All electronic submissions should include the sign-off form that is available on the Competition website (See Appendix D under Appendixes on the website). All electronic submissions must be submitted by the 5:00 pm (Eastern Daylight Time) deadline on May 10, 2024. All submissions will be acknowledged via email.

By design submission, Competition participants are agreeing that their design may be publicly shared. In addition, participants are giving permission that photographs that may be taken as part of Competition activities can be used for public information purposes and to promote the Program.
